| Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. Appointments are scheduled according to availability. If you are running late, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Seniors and students receive a 10% discount. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary depending on hair length, condition, texture, difficulty or complexity of the procedure. The high level of expertise and a great personal service is what sets us apart from others. A consultation is required with all chemical services. All services are by appointment only but walk-ins are gladly accepted. Email and/or text message reminder is sent directly to your cell phone 72 hours in advance before your appointment.

Cancellations, Confirmations & Reschedules
As a courtesy to other clients and stylist, I require a 24 to 48 hour notice of cancellation, confirmations & reschedules. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
Cell Phones
My goal is to provide a relaxing atmosphere so that you may enjoy my services. Please keep cell phones on vibrate or turn them off while visiting the salon. You are welcome to use your cell phone in the reception area.
Gratuity
Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcome.
Guarantee
Satisfaction of service guarantee. If you are not happy with the treatment you just received then I refund you the money or provide another service for FREE.
